I agree with SkyFallsInThunder about the Shield. You could maybe sell if for 5K or so, but it would be hard to find a buyer.
The Offhand is also merch fodder. 1 off Max energy, non maxed and non-matching requirement and mod. Sorry if you were hoping to have hit Jackpot, but better luck next time  .You might want to make a SS of the Offhand though for LicencedLunys low requirements thread though
